Production Process Flow Chart

1. Raw Material Preparation: High density polyethylene (HDPE) is selected as the raw material, which is screened, cleaned, dried, and then fed into the extruder.

2. Extrusion Molding: Feed pre processed raw materials into an extruder, heat and melt them, and then extrude a film like product from the head of the extruder. 3. Cooling & Cutting: The extruded geomembrane needs to be cooled, usually using a cooling roller or water cooling method. Cut the cooled geomembrane to obtain the required size and shape.

4. Inspection & Packaging: Inspect the geomembrane, including the detection of indicators such as thickness, density, tensile strength, and puncture strength. Geomembranes that meet the standard requirements are usually packaged in rolls or folds.
